Cookie Policy

This is a translation for convenience. The Polish version is legally binding.

This Cookie Policy applies from 08.10.2026. The sushihome-gdansk.com website is operated by [uzupełnij w CRM].

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way. In this Policy, we refer to all of these technologies as "cookies".

2. Essential (always active)

The Website cannot work properly without them, so they do not require consent (Art. 399(3) of the Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (Electronic Communications Law) Act):
- sh_cart_v1 (local storage) — cart contents and the address entered in the form; address details are deleted once the order is placed;

- sh_cust (cookie) — signing in to your Account, for up to 180 days or until you sign out;

- sh_consent (cookie) — remembers your cookie choices, 12 months;

- sh_contact (local storage) — contact details for the order form, only if you tick "Remember my details";

- sh_staff (cookie) — staff sign-in to the admin panel.

3. Analytics (only with consent)

- sh_sid (local storage) — a random browser identifier used to count visits and track the ordering path, for up to 12 months (then a new one is created) or until you withdraw consent; when you are signed in, we link this data to your Account so that — only if you have consented to marketing text messages — we can remind you about an unfinished order;
- sh_src (session storage) — the source of your visit to the site, until you close the tab.

We process statistics only on our own server and do not share them with third parties.

4. Marketing (only with consent)

If we run online advertising, we may use advertising pixels. The list of pixels currently in use is always shown in "Cookie settings" ("Marketing" category); none of them is loaded without your consent. These may include:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — measuring the effectiveness of ads on Facebook and Instagram;

- Google Analytics / Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) — statistics and measuring the effectiveness of Google ads;

- TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.) — measuring the effectiveness of ads on TikTok.

Pixels store these companies' own cookies in your browser (e.g. _fbp, _ga, _gcl_au, _ttp) and send them information about the pages you visit and your orders (order number and amount, without contact details). These companies may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (including to the USA) on the basis of a European Commission decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. The retention period is set by these companies' policies (usually up to 13 months).

5. Managing consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the page footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings — we will then ask for your consent again.

6. More information

Details on personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
